    PAYMENTS

    The following payment methods are available:

    1. PAYPAL: Paying with your Paypal account. With the Paypal options you can also choose to pay with all credit cards including Mastercard and VISA.
    2. IDEAL: With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases, safely and easily. You pay for your order in a secure online payment environment, with the speific security methods of your own bank. If internet banker, you can directly use iDEAL, without having IDEAL you need first to sign up. iDEAL works only for customers with a bank account in the Netherlands.
    3. PICK UP: It is possible to visit us in Arnhem or Eindhoven to pick up products.
    4. ON ACCOUNT: We do not offer a possibility to pay on account.

    SHIPPING

    • NL: 1-3 days - free shipping for orders €50+ (Same Day Delivery option: ordered before 9:00 (workingdays), delivered between 18:00 - 22:00)
    • EUROPE: 5-10 days
    • OUTSIDE EUROPE: 14-30 days

    RETURN

    We hope you are happy with your purchase and that it fulfills your expectations. An article from Okimono can always be returned within 30 days. If you want to return one or more products to us you need to comply with following conditions:

    1. The product needs to be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order.
    2. The T-Shirt must still have original labels attached and needs to be returned.
    3. T-Shirts are non-returnable if they have been worn or washed.
    4. For a quick settlement, we ask to fill in the return form clearly and completely. The return form can be downloaded here.

    Returns to Okimono is for your own risk and account. You need to send the product with sufficient postage.
    Your return shipment will be confirmed by e-mail. The amount of the returned items will be credited or refunded bankaccount within 14 working days after receive of the return.

    Shipping costs will NOT be refunded, except in case of wrongly delivered products or damaged products. In case of wrongly delivered or damaged products, we will refund up to € 3,95 (up to 2 shirts) or € 6,95 (3 shirts or more or sweaters). If you choose for a different shippingmethod, anything above € 3,95 or € 6,95 is for your own account.

    In case you have a complaint about the product or the service you experienced we kindly ask you to let us know. We will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction. This can be by mail and phone:
